“San Francisco did feel extremely familiar,” said Newcastle local Brett.
From the rolling hills and the winding streets to the great weather and as Matt pointed out, “everything is orientated towards the harbour”.
It’s a home away from home!

But for the travelling duo, one country which they recently visited, made them “feel really at home”.

“We felt really at home in Thailand,” Matt revealed.
“The people are so friendly, it’s like the philosophy is ‘welcome to my house’ no matter where you are,” Brett explained.
“So if you go to a restaurant or someone’s business, they really welcome you in and make you feel like you’re part of the family.”
