According to a survey, 190 countries can enter the country without a visa with a Korean passport.

According to CNN on the 22nd (local time), Henry & Partners, a British overseas citizenship advisory firm, said that the number of visa-free entry countries for Korean passports ranked second in the world along with Japan.

It’s up a notch since it ranked third in January 2020.

Singapore ranks first, with visa-free entry to 193 of the world’s 277 countries and regions. Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, and Spain tied for third place.

The United States, which was the No. 1 passport power in 2014, was tied for 10th along with Lithuania and others. The U.S. tied for ninth in last quarter’s ranking.

The lowest ranking was Afghanistan at 99th. Only 25 countries can enter the country without a visa with an Afghan passport. Syria (27 countries) and Iraq (30 countries) also remained at the bottom. North Korea was ranked 93rd (40 countries).
